Fellowship: Hematology/Oncology, The University of Texas, M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.

Board Certified: Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology.

Dr. Dang pursued his Medical Degree after earning a B. A. in Biochemical Sciences, Cum Laude, from Harvard University. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology. In 2005, he received the Berlex Oncology Award for Patient-Oriented Research and the ASCO Foundation Merit Award.

He has published articles on therapy for hematological malignancies and treatment of aggressive non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas. In leisure time, he enjoys reading, baseball, and teaching his dog to herd his cats.

Dr. Dang understands the fear and uncertainty of facing cancer, therefore he takes time to explain and educate patients about all treatment options available. An expressive person by nature, he encourages families and friends to actively participate in the care of their loved ones. Dr. Dang is married to his wife, Kim.
